No Fill-in, but Still Fullfilling

Unfortunately, 

there is no Fill-in The Blank Friday being hosted over at the little things we do this week.

Thankfully, I will still fill you in on some other stuff.

I have compiled a list of 20 things about myself.

It's a good way to get to know more about me.

Ready? Great!

1. My dad wanted me to be a boy. He would call me "Junior" when I was still just a bun in the oven (or so my momma tells me). Well, I turned out to be a "Jennifer", but I resemble my father every little bit.

2. I attended Catholic school from the ages of 3 to 14. And that is a lot of years. However, I am very grateful to have experienced that because I learned a lot, both educationally and spiritually.

3. I cannot leave my house without eyeliner on. Some may call it an OCD thing. I just think it keeps me sane.

4. I have slept much better at night ever since my pup, Freckles, decided she no longer enjoyed the comforts of a squishy floor bed and learned to hop on my bed. She doesn't snore, or move, or hog the covers. Pure happiness.

5. Speaking of sleep, I have four pillows on my bed, plus three cushions, and I use them all in order to be comfortable.

6. I have a crush on a fictional character named Dean Winchester, from the show Supernatural. I mean, he is all maaaan. :) My boyfriend understands this. He sits with me to watch every episode, every day.

7. My favorite fast food is McDonald's chicken nuggets. They are delish! No, I don't want to know what's in them. Ignorance is bliss right?

8. I want to name my non-existent daughter Genevieve, which means "Woman of the People". And I found the name Xander to be interesting if I have a son. Coincidence, that name means "Defender of the People".

9. By the time I was 7 years old, I was in love with the following people: Zack Morris (from Saved by the Bell), Tommy the Power Ranger, and Leonardo DiCaprio.

10. I like to make smoothies/milkshakes when I get the chance. My favorite flavors: mango, banana, and strawberry. Yum.

11. I got the honor of naming my little brother. I told my mom to name him Justin, as in Timberlake. She thought I was nuts. So I told her to name him Brian, as in Backstreet Boys, and so it was. When my brother asked me who named him, I told him the story and showed him a picture of Brian from BSB. My brother looked at me and said: "Are you serious?"

12. The two times I've had to be hospitalized were medical mysteries that kept me stuck for a whole week only to find out in the end that there were very simple solutions.

13. I have a very large amount of handbags that my mom is itching to get rid of. I would... but then what if I need them one day...? :)

14. When I was little, I would dress up and dance around my living room pretending to be Selena. When she died, I played her music for weeks, non-stop, and forced my parents to watch the movie with me... a lot.

15. I do not have a single athletic bone in my body...

16. I'm in the process of changing my major from Journalism to some form of teaching. Still unsure if I'm going to actually major in Education or something more specific like English or History and then get my teaching certification. (UPDATE: I am officially an Elementary Education major.)

17. Even though I live in Florida, born and raised, I am not a fan of the beach or hot weather or humidity. Though, it's probably because I am a native Floridian that I do not like any of the previous.

18. When I was younger, I grew up with a large amount of pets. My dad kept a large fish tank, turtle, birds, and I had three dogs (a lab named Jeanie, husky named Princess, dalmatian named Jewel).

19. I'm the kind of person that loves thrill rides. I will ride anything.

20. I love old Disney Channel movies. You know like Under Wraps, Smart House, Zenon. I wish they'd play them lately, but instead they have Hannah Montana... I mean seriously?
